Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English; Spanish proficiency required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 70 lbs occasionally; capable of physical tasks.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventories; stock shelves and displays.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures; suggest sales improvements.
