The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to serve customers at stores within a 25-mile radius of Gonzales, LA. You will help determine customer needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to ensure high satisfaction.

Role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior retail or delivery experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Maintain stock and merchandising standards; assist with deliveries as needed.
