Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in New Iberia, LA is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist. You will help customers, determine needs, and recommend paint and related products while maintaining store standards.

You will handle sales transactions, stock products, and assist in deliveries as needed. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred and availability for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Stock shelves, stockroom organization, and displays.
