The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work closely with wholesale and retail customers, determining needs and recommending right solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and maintain high product quality and visual standards in-store while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, handling transactions, stocking and tinting products, and aiding in deliveries.

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.

Maintain accurate work order files and prepare displays.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications and stock shelves.
Assist in deliveries as needed and maintain inventory control.
