Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers at our Wilmington, MA and Reading, MA locations. You will determine needs, answer questions about products, recommend solutions, and help ensure satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

The role involves lifting, stocking, processing transactions, and working rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
