Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Tea, SD is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to work at stores within a 5 mile radius of Store #721466. This full-time role starts at $18.02 per hour and prefers bilingual Spanish and English speakers who can assist customers with product selections and service needs.

You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix paints, and help ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal applicants may need a performance rating of 'meets expectations'.
• Complete required HR Cloud eLearning courses if internal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs.
• Build productive trust with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and product formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
