Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to help customers in-store and via phone within a Fargo, ND area radius. You will assist with product selection, tinting, and delivery support, while maintaining store visuals and hitting sales goals.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver's license with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally; able to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees need satisfactory performance ratings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and reach sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, recommending products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to policies.
• Maintain inventory, pull products from shelves, and stock displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Support store operations and assist with deliveries as needed.
