Job summary

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Nashville to help customers select the right products, answer questions, and resolve issues. You will assist in-store and over the phone, maintain displays, and support deliveries while building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

Role requires English and Spanish communication, reliability, and a willingness to work varied hours. Prior retail or paint/coat experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Assist in deliveries and stock replenishment as needed.
