Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to assist both wholesale and retail customers in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending the right products, and delivering excellent service while helping the store meet sales goals.

Saturdays availability is required. Responsibilities include in-store and phone assistance, processing transactions, stocking, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, speak English.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
