Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Phoenix is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role supports sales goals and product knowledge at Store #7631 and #8650 in the Phoenix area.

You will interact with customers in person and over the phone, tint and mix paints as needed, stock displays, and help with deliveries. Language skills in English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Able to tint paint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
