Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #8007 in Tempe, AZ. You will help wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring high satisfaction and supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting in-person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and delivering as needed. Must be able to work Saturdays and lift up to 50–70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work Saturdays and other scheduled hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately per store procedures
• Maintain in-stock products and presentable displays
• Stock shelves and pull products from floor/warehouse
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Deliver and assist with deliveries as needed
• Stay updated on product features and options
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment
• Support achievement of sales goals on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
• Follow inventory control procedures
• Suggest improvements to sales processes
