Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English; Spanish is required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; retail/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers in person and by phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and maintain displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels on the floor.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications when needed.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays presentable; maintain product knowledge.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and help prevent shrinkage.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes and customer experience.
