Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must have at least a 3 rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options; comply with inventory controls
• Suggest ways to improve sales
