Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Miami, FL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, promote products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include handling in-person and phone inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining stock, stocking displays, and assisting with deliveries. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee; meets expectations and HR Cloud courses completed

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Assist deliveries and load/unload trucks
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
