Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.

You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products when needed, assist in deliveries, and strive to maintain high standards of quality, service and store presentation while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• If internal, must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• If internal, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
