Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work at Store #703602 in Colonial Heights, VA. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and help select solutions while maintaining high product quality and store visuals.

You will handle sales transactions, meet monthly and yearly goals, stock shelves, tint and mix products per customer specs, and support deliveries as needed. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly across the store.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading merchandise as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
