Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must have at least a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse, tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
