Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations. You will resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain product quality and display standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, meeting sales goals, stocking and tinting products, and assisting with deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Help achieve store sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work orders and stock levels; pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up product displays; clean equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries when required.
• Keep areas well-organized and inventory-controlled; discuss options with customers.
