Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists in Florida to work closely with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the best solutions. You will ensure customer satisfaction and support achieving store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and helping with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a meeting rating on most recent appraisal and complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and assist in loading/unloading deliveries.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales.
