Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about paints and coatings, and recommend the right solutions. You will help maintain quality displays and stay current on product features while supporting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud eLearning completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse; tint and mix products as needed.
