Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: Meets Expectations rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Help meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock records.
• Stock shelves, display products and tint/mix as needed.
• Support delivery operations and unload/load trucks as required.
• Keep areas clean and maintain product knowledge.
• Suggest improvements to sales and customer experience.
