Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend appropriate paint and related products. You will process transactions accurately, support store merchandising, and contribute to sales goals.

Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, fluent in English and Spanish, and able to lift up to 70 lbs. Store location: Schenectady, NY.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as required.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating requirements and HR eLearning completion may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Assist in deliveries and restocking as needed.
