The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 20 mile radius of Fort Mill, SC (Store #2917 Fort Mill). The role emphasizes helping wholesale and retail customers select the right Sherwin-Williams products and ensuring satisfaction while meeting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, maintaining product knowledge, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
• Meet and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
