Concentrix is seeking a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) in the United States. You will sell, quote, and bind insurance while managing inquiries from customers and agents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling)
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close the sale; bilingual
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to multitask while managing CRM tools, quoting systems, and interactions
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address
• Minimum home internet speeds: 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download; no wireless hotspots

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service
• Resolve questions and service issues with professionalism and accuracy
• Educate customers on policy options and documentation
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a smooth customer conversation
• Document interactions thoroughly for accuracy and continuity
• Work from a quiet home environment and maintain professionalism
