Concentrix is hiring a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) in the United States. You will sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.

This role requires an active P&C license, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work from home with company-provided technology, eligible benefits, and training, with nesting pay increases and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license to sell insurance in the United States.
• 1+ years of sales experience in fast-paced environments.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to influence customers.
• Strong computer navigation and CRM/quoting system skills.
• High-speed internet and a smartphone for authentication.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting goals.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about coverage, billing, and service with clear communication.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid insurance license with accuracy.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and educate customers on policy options.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and document interactions for continuity.
• Work from a quiet home environment with professionalism in all communications.
