Concentrix is seeking a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) to serve customers in the United States. You will sell property & casualty insurance, quote and bind policies, and respond to inquiries in Spanish and English while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling, retail).
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer navigation and PC skills.
• Multitasks while using CRM tools and quoting systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about coverage, billing, and service with clear communication.
• Cross-sell and upsell products aligned with customer needs.
• Document interactions for accuracy and continuity of service.
