Concentrix is seeking a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) to support a Fortune 500 brand. You will sell insurance products, provide service, and handle customer inquiries from a home office, leveraging CRM and quoting systems.

Must hold an active P&C license and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior sales experience is preferred; reliable high-speed internet and a US residence are required. Competitive pay, benefits, and remote-friendly culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling)
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
• Ability to multitask while managing CRM, quoting systems, and customer interactions
• High-speed internet (min 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download) and no wireless hotspots

Responsabilités

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service
• Resolve questions and service issues that require an insurance license with professionalism and accuracy
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard
• Educate customers on policy options and documentation and explain steps or updates
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a smooth customer conversation
• Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accuracy and continuity of service
• Work from a quiet home environment, maintaining professionalism in communications
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
