Concentrix is hiring a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) in the United States. The role requires an active P&C license and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

You will manage policy quotes, inquiries, and service issues while delivering excellent customer experiences from a home office. Strong sales skills, familiarity with CRM/quoting tools, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in inbound/outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, retail or consultative selling.
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions and service issues that require a valid insurance license with professionalism and accuracy.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.
• Educate customers on policy options and documentation, clearly explaining the steps required.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
• Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment with professionalism.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
