TEEMA is seeking a Bilingual Community Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator in San Francisco, fully on-site. The role focuses on connecting older adults and diverse communities with health education and wellness programs, through workshops on diabetes, chronic disease self-management, chronic pain, HIV and more.

You will recruit participants, aid enrollment, manage records, and support communications while coordinating logistics and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in outreach, enrollment and program administrative support.
• 1–2 years’ experience in health promotion and health education.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse populations and working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to travel locally throughout San Francisco.
• Valid California driver's license and clean record.

Responsabilités

• Promote programs at health fairs, cultural festivals, community gatherings and networking events.
• Connect with community members and partners to generate referrals and recruit participants.
• Assist participants with enrollment, required paperwork and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate databases, enrollment spreadsheets and outreach records.
• Support email campaigns, social media outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate workshop logistics, host virtual classes and assist with facilitation after training.
• Assist with program reporting, funder documentation and departmental tasks.
