Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) is hiring two full-time Outreach Ambassadors to connect King and Snohomish Counties with ReWA programs, services, and opportunities. This role requires bilingual fluency and strong relationship-building across diverse communities.

Salary is $25.50–$30.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, 403(b), PTO, and holidays. Schedule includes evenings and weekends, with frequent local travel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in one of the listed language combos.
• Experience building relationships with diverse communities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort giving presentations to groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Commitment to equity and inclusive service delivery.
• Reliable transportation and travel across counties.

Responsabilités

• Represent ReWA at community events and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, schools, and faith communities.
• Serve as a culturally responsive ambassador for ReWA’s mission and services.
• Lead presentations and informational sessions to raise awareness and engagement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective partners and stakeholders.
• Share information about ReWA programs and encourage participation.
• Support outreach and recruitment for volunteers, interns, and employment candidates.
• Track and document outreach activities and outcomes.
