Job summary

Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) in Seattle is hiring two full-time Outreach Ambassadors to connect immigrant and refugee families with programs, resources, and employment opportunities across King and Snohomish Counties.

You’ll build trusted relationships, represent ReWA at events, and help community members access services. Bilingual Spanish/English or Tigrinya/English or Amharic/English speakers are encouraged to apply; travel is frequent and some evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English, Tigrinya/English, or Amharic/English.
• Experience building relationships with diverse communities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout King and Snohomish Counties.

Responsibilities

• Represent ReWA at community events and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, schools, faith communities, and other partners.
• Lead presentations and inform the public about ReWA’s programs and services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners and document outreach activities.
