Job summary

Smith Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Las Vegas clinic. The role involves handling inbound and outbound patient calls, data entry in the EMR, and coordinating appointments including initial evaluations and subsequent visits.

A strong focus on communication, accuracy, and insurance coordination is required. Starting hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00, depending on scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience in scheduling and front-desk duties.
• Experience with EMR and insurance verifications is preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and place outbound calls for referrals.
• Enter data accurately into the EMR and verify patient information.
• Coordinate scheduling for initial evaluation and follow-up visits.
• Communicate benefits and authorizations when needed to schedule appointments.
