Job summary

Smith Therapy Partners in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician for our W Charleston Blvd location. Starting hourly between $14.50 and $15.00 depending on experience, with schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm.

The role supports the physical therapy team by preparing rooms, assisting patients into therapy apparel, handling supplies, and coordinating front desk tasks. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are important.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related health field preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient following procedures and protocols.
• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatment and assist with apparel.
• Maintain linen supply and cleanliness; perform laundry as needed.
• Record daily notes under supervision and co-signature by PT.
• Provide information to patients and address questions or requests.
• Assist with therapy activities and equipment setup as directed by PT.
• Educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercises.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating front desk tasks.
• Handle co-pays and payments prior to patient visits as per policy.
