Job summary

Smith Therapy Partners, a member of Therapy Partners Group, invites applications for a full-time Physical Therapy Technician at our Las Vegas clinic. The role supports PTs, prepares treatment areas, and helps patients with equipment and exercises to promote recovery.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, customer-service oriented, and comfortable handling front-desk tasks, scheduling, and payments. Starting hourly pay is $14.50–$15.00, with 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related health field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and assist PT with therapy activities.
• Assist patients with clothing and comfort for therapy sessions.
• Schedule appointments and triage phone calls to ensure patient access.
• Assist in collecting co-pays/deductibles and payments prior to visits.
• Maintain inventory and stock of supplies for the department.
• Maintain confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment.
