Legendary Smiles Orthodontics in Reno, NV is hiring a front desk customer service specialist. This full-time, travel-capable role supports multiple local clinics; you will greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a warm, professional demeanor.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have 3–5 years orthodontic CSR experience, reliable transportation, and be comfortable with a drug screen.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of orthodontic customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel to local offices (Sparks, Carson City).
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients and families with excellent customer service.
• Manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and check-ins/check-outs.
• Travel to and support front desk operations at local clinics.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
