Qualifications

• 3–5 years orthodontic customer service experience required
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local offices including Carson City
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming personality
• Safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice for patients and families
• Manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and patient check-ins/outs
• Travel to designated local clinics to support front desk operations
• Collaborate with clinicians and assistants to ensure a smooth patient experience
