Job summary

Schaefer Plastics North America, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an organized Operations Training & Workforce Coordinator to support onboarding, training administration, and staffing coordination in our manufacturing operation.

You will serve as a key link between Operations, staffing agencies, new hires, HR, and employees, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining training records, and assisting with workforce planning and recruiting logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar training platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Day 1 onboarding activities and orientation scheduling.
• Manage LMS: assign modules, track completions, troubleshoot access.
• Coordinate staffing requests with staffing agencies and hiring managers.
