Tier One Services, Inc in Miami is seeking an energetic Operations Recruiter to support our fast-paced staffing operation. This hands-on, high-volume role involves recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, with bilingual English/Spanish required.

You will manage the front counter, coordinate starts, respond to staffing needs, and work with Operations and Sales to fulfill urgent orders.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• At least 2 years in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or workforce operations.
• Strong communication in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to start reliably at 6:00 AM and work a fast-paced schedule.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, qualify, and place candidates into open positions.
• Conduct candidate and employee communication in both English and Spanish.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified, ready-to-work candidates.
• Match candidates with client assignments based on skills and availability.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, start dates, and first-day confirmations.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Follow up on open job orders until filled.
