Molly Maid of Chicago North Shore – Skokie, IL is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our field teams. This full-time role features a training plan, a clear path to advancement, and a compensation package that includes a company car and paid time off.

You will manage schedules, handle customer estimates, maintain quality checks, and own the customer relationship while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
• Prior office or operations experience highly preferred, including leading teams and managing day-to-day operations

Responsibilities

• Run daily office operations and support field teams while upholding customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Promote company culture and lead by example.
• Manage schedule, route changes, and call-offs to keep appointments on track.
• Provide bullet-proof price estimates and perform quality checks at client sites.
• Own the customer relationship through phone, email, and other channels; resolve concerns promptly.
• Support the team with coaching, payroll prep, invoicing, inventory, and related tasks.
