Job summary

Molly Maid of Boca Raton and Coral Springs is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily on-site operations, lead a team, and drive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual English–Spanish, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will schedule dispatches, coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in office management, recruiting, training, or customer service.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other basic business software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fully bilingual English - Spanish (read, write, and speak both languages).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage a team of approximately 30 employees.
• Dispatch cleaning teams and adjust schedules based on customer requests and schedule changes.
• Hire, fire and provide coaching and support to cleaning staff and office personnel.
• Handle customer requests for service, complaints and scheduling.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions with the office and cleaning crews.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and products.
• Drive performance to meet revenue and sales targets.
