• Strong customer service judgment and communication skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, Google Suite, scheduling tools, email, and text platforms.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check (as permitted by law).
• Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (7:30-4PM most days).
