Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to join the Operations Team as an Operations Support Specialist in Show Low, AZ. The role focuses on staffing coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records for a fast-paced environment.

As part of the team, you will partner with the Site Manager, assist in recruiting and orientation, and support in employee recognition programs while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English; some Spanish where required by state law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Navigation and data entry into tablet-based applications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels meet needs and communicate hiring requirements to the KBS Talent Acquisition Team.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site in collaboration with the KBS TA Team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating orientations.
• Support employee recognition programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for questions or issues and route to appropriate resources within KBS.
• Maintain training and supervisor files and support record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
