Job summary

Float is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Approvals function within our Compliance & Risk team. You will manage initial customer onboarding, gather required documentation, and support risk and compliance decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of operations or customer-facing experience in financial services, with KYB/KYC exposure. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an operations or customer-facing role in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of KYB and KYK/KYC processes is highly preferred.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or early to mid-stage startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding: manage initial onboarding with SLA adherence and provide materials such as guides and videos.
• Stakeholder management: gather required information for onboarding and coordinate with external banking partners.
• KYB/KYC compliance: process applications to ensure conformance with Float services.
• Mitigate internal risk: collaborate with Revenue, Support, and Risk teams to meet regulations.
• Data and reporting: monitor core metrics to drive process improvements.
• Special projects and other duties as needed.
