Caliza is hiring a Compliance Onboarding Analyst to manage real-time onboarding for new customers and partners, coordinating with Compliance Manager, Sales, and Operations to scale onboarding.

You will review KYB/KYC docs, perform sanctions and adverse media screening, document rationale, and keep procedures up to date as products evolve.

This role requires 2–4 years in fintech onboarding, strong English, and the ability to work across US Eastern and Brazil time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in KYC, KYB, or customer onboarding at fintech, payments, MSB, crypto, or bank.
• Hands-on experience reviewing corporate documents and identifying beneficial owners.
• Working knowledge of US BSA/AML requirements, including Customer Due Diligence.
• Professional working fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Ability to work hours overlapping US Eastern and Brazil time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own real-time customer onboarding: review applications, chase missing information, and complete files.
• Own document review for onboarded customers (KYB/KYC): corporate docs, beneficial ownership, IDs, proof of address, funds/source of wealth.
• Run sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening and address matches.
• Run daily onboarding triage, investigation workflow, and disposition tracking; assign risk ratings and elevate high-risk cases.
• Support periodic reviews and refresh files when information changes or triggers fire.
• Build and document onboarding procedures, checklists, and decision guides; keep them current as products/ corridors change.
• Act as primary contact for onboarding inquiries from examiners and banks; pull files and prepare evidence.
