Job summary

Rho is hiring an Associate Compliance Officer to lead day-to-day CDD/KYB for new client onboarding. You will gather documentation, verify ownership structures, and perform risk assessments in line with BSA/AML, OFAC, and FinCEN requirements.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to ensure timely onboarding, maintain meticulous records, and escalate issues to senior staff as needed. This is an onsite, full-time role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in compliance, finance, or banking.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding CDD and KYB for new clients per regulatory frameworks.
• Collect and verify client documents, escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Assist in risk assessments using established checklists.
• Flag suspicious activity to senior staff during onboarding.
• Coordinate with sales/ops to gather missing client information.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and compliance decisions.
