Job summary

Caliza is hiring a Compliance Onboarding Analyst to manage real-time onboarding, review customer documentation, and perform risk assessments. You will coordinate with Compliance, Sales, and Operations to scale onboarding as volumes grow, ensuring timely decisions and high-quality file reviews across US and LATAM customers.

You’ll work with a team focused on KYB/KYC procedures, screening, and regulatory compliance, supporting a robust onboarding program in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

2-4 years in KYC/KYB/onboarding at fintech, payments, or bank.
Experience reviewing corporate documents and identifying beneficial owners.
Knowledge of US BSA/AML requirements and sanctions screening.
Clear, concise case notes suitable for examiner review.
Ability to manage a live onboarding queue with SLAs and follow-ups.
Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
Must work hours overlapping US Eastern and Brazil time zones.

Responsibilities

Own real-time onboarding for new applications and chase missing information.
Review documents for onboarded customers including KYB/KYC items.
Run sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening; handle matches.
