Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Proven leadership in a previous managerial role.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong partnerships.
• 1–2 years in supervision or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Administrative skills.
• Experience with background checks (I-9) and E-Verify.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
• Meet the temporary help and/or training needs of a SURGE client.
• Deliver high quality service to customers and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
