Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager is preferred.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role or 3–5 years in customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer to provide effective service and ensure quality placements.
• Implement and manage quality standards, including the Performance Selection System (PSS).
• Supervise and develop Workforce Staffing Specialists to maintain strong client relationships.
• Present HR services, payroll, assessments and training to the client to secure opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure communication and address issues promptly.
