Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an organized, customer-focused, and motivated bilingual On-Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day staffing operations at a key client location. This role ensures client satisfaction, supports temporary employees, coordinates workforce needs, and maintains accurate administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Staffing, recruiting or workforce management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client and temporary workforce.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
• Recruit, onboard, and match qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding staffing needs.
