KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an Employment Coordinator (Data Center) to support staffing operations across West Texas project sites. Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing, workforce coordination, or related field.
• Experience with industrial construction or field-based workforces preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll coordination, and manpower reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, ATS, and workforce systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel regularly across West Texas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite liaison between clients, recruiters, payroll, operations, field leadership, and contractors.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, site access, orientations, drug screenings, background checks, and safety requirements.
• Track daily and weekly manpower, contractor hours, staffing activity, and workforce reporting across multiple project sites.
• Verify timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies before payroll and billing deadlines.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits, contractor check-ins, and new hire first-day support.
• Participate in client manpower, staffing, and workforce planning meetings while communicating hiring priorities and staffing updates.
• Monitor contractor attendance, performance, compliance, and retention while escalating issues as needed.
• Partner with recruiters to coordinate hiring priorities, candidate readiness, workforce forecasts, and replacement staffing.
• Maintain accurate workforce records, including contractor assignments, schedules, transfers, and terminations within ATS and workforce systems.
• Travel throughout West Texas to support multiple active construction and industrial project sites.
